Synopsis

Ten years after emigrating to Hong Kong, Amber returns to Malaysia seeking closure with her former lover, Jun, and a chance to bury the past. After days of searching, in a city that is not the city she remembers anymore, she spots a familiar figure near their old demolished haunt—but the woman feels like a stranger. Unsure how to confront her, Amber shadows Jun from a distance, studying her routines, tracing the ghost of the person she once knew. When Amber finally approaches her, Jun coldly denies their shared history —despite bearing even the same name. Amber’s desperate pleas fall on deaf ears.
